To Thee Pils™ is our toast to the generations of brewers we’ve worked with throughout our history. Produced in Alix, Alberta with Canadian-grown barley, To Thee is a low color pilsner malt designed for brewing pale, crisp beers that let hop and yeast character take the spotlight.

Rahr To Thee is appropriate wherever a pilsner malt with low color and low modification is desired. It is an ideal base malt for classic continental lagers, craft lagers — lagers of all types, truly. To Thee is also excellent as a base for light-colored, hop-forward West Coast IPA. Its profile delivers hints of grain, dough, golden bread, and sweet cereal alongside a slight nuttiness.
