Kerry Convertase ™ LD 25 kg

The main activity in Convertase LD is glucoamylase which can hydrolyze sequentially both exo alpha 1,4 and alpha 1,6 glycosidic linkages and can therefore be used to degrade starch polymers and maltose to glucose. This product is made from a natural raw material and as such may be subject to some batch to batch color and/or odor variation, but these variations are not an indicator of enzyme activity and do not impact on product performance.
