A strong fermenter, it is well adapted to the unique conditions of agave ferments and is known for a balanced aroma profile in the finished spirit.
Use in 100% agave washes, or agave supplemented with other sugars. SafTeq ™ Silver can also be used for cane sugar or molasses-based spirits.
