There are legal limits to the concentration of total sulfite (TSO2) that may be present in wine and these vary between territories. The Total Sulphite Assay Kit is based on a simple enzymatic reaction. Each kit contains reagents for 50 tests using a standard manual spectrophotometer, 100 tests using the MegaQuant™ Wave, 500 tests using a microplate reader or 588 tests using an auto-analyzer. All reagents are stable for >2 years.
