Pathfinder Ingredients (a Rahr-owned subsidary of Bevie Partners, Ltd) has introduced a refreshed brand identity, updated packaging and a new product structure designed to make its growing portfolio easier to understand and navigate.

The update follows Pathfinder’s expansion beyond traditional fermentation ingredients into a new range of Functional Beverage Ingredients. These products are formulated to support specific health and wellness applications, including cognition, energy, sports performance, immunity and gut health.

To support this broader portfolio, Pathfinder Ingredients is now organized into two primary categories: Pathfinder Fermentation and Pathfinder Functional.

TY-Pure is now S-Pure: new name, same formulation & performance

Several Pathfinder Fermentation products have been renamed to align with an updated product categorization across the full range. 

The updated names include: 

• TY-Pure is now S-PURE
• TY-Pure+ is now S-PURE+ (special order only)
• TY-Ultra is now S-ULTRA (special order only)

N-Pure and TY-48® will retain their existing names, but will feature updated packaging and branding. 

Beginning in August 2026, customers will begin seeing Pathfinder products in updated packaging that reflects the new branding and product structure.  

While some product names and packaging have changed, the ingredients and formulations inside the affected products remain exactly the same. Customers can continue using them with the same processes and expectations as before. 

Introducing Pathfinder Functional

Pathfinder’s line of raw ingredients and pre-formulated blends has been developed to meet the growing demand for health and nutrition supplements across diverse beverage applications. Pathfinder Functional Ingredients add a health-conscious dimension to your product portfolio, supporting your consumers’ health, body, and mind. The Pathfinder Functional product range is primarily made up of Pre-Formulated Blends and Commodity (Raw) Ingredients.

Pre-Formulated Blends

These off-the-shelf and bespoke ingredient blends are designed to help beverage producers deliver the next generation of functional drinks. Supplied in powder form, Pathfinder Functional Blends can be enjoyed as soft drinks when incorporated with water or milk, or other existing beverage recipes.
