Asynchronous Learning with One Week On-Site
Coursework will start in mid-September. Participants will gain hands-on insights into how beer is brewed and understood across global traditionsâlearning German techniques from German brewers, British ale production from UK experts, and traditional approaches from Belgium and the Czech Republic.
The flexible, work-friendly structure features live lectures every two weeks (also available on-demand) to accommodate demanding brewery schedules.
Students will undertake a one-week residential workshop at the Rahr Technical Center in Shakopee, MN (tentatively in early 2027). Travel and accommodations not included in course fee.
