Ammonia is one of the three elements of YAN. The Ammonia Assay Kit (Rapid) has a simple format with an endpoint reaction and a reaction time of 5 min. Each kit contains reagents for 96 tests using a standard manual spectrophotometer, 192 tests using the MegaQuant™ Wave, or 960 tests using an auto-analyzer or microplate reader.
